The Chairman of the Motsepe Foundation, Mr Patrice Motsepe, announced on 29 January 2013, that the Motsepe Family would contribute at least half of the funds generated by the Motsepe family’s assets to the Motsepe Foundation during the lifetime of Mr Motsepe and his wife, and beyond. These funds will be used to improve the lifestyles and living conditions of poor, disabled, unemployed, women, youth, workers and marginalized South Africans.

Following this announcement, the Motsepe Foundation embarked on a national roadshow to initiate and support long-term sustainable developmental and upliftment projects in partnership with the Local Authority and local residents and their communities.

The NMBM in collaboration with the Motsepe Foundation wish to invite you to a meeting with local residents, political structures, churches and other religious groups, traditional leaders, charitable organisations, community development and upliftment organisations and worker organisations in Port Elizabeth as follows:
